Bungle.

I had the same prob with PSP and Mill firing mode when i 1st got my PMR. Try setting it to PSP mode, thats what i had to do and it was millenium compliant after that,

I think in the manual it said Mills was 2 when actually PSP is 2 so they got it round the wrong way.

Anyway, try it and see if it helps
